Electronics are everywhere: in our pockets, in our purses, in our hands, on our minds – always. These coveted machines/gadgets are deployed upon us, as consumers, by an army of salesmen / technicians / designers / engineers  / statisticians / mathematicians and others. Do the values that are inevitably embedded in these products really represent us – our needs, our desires, our humanity?
